To access the SoW Settings:
1. Click "Settings"

2. Click "Customisation"

3. Click "SoW"

The SoW screen has 3 tabs:
- Export History
- Layout Library
- Templates Library
I) EXPORT HISTORY:
Here you can set the number of pdfs you can create for one SoW. Beyond that you need to delete one to add one. Set the desired number and click "Save":
II) LAYOUT LIBRARY:
Here you can manage your SoW's layouts. You can have several different layouts.
To add a new layout, click " Add Layout". You have the option to choose between creating a new layout from scratch or create based on a existing SoW:
a) Create new layout
Click "Add Layout"

Click "Create new layout"

3. Enter Template Name

4. Select Layout Template Language:

5. Enter the "Cover Page Content"

6. Enter the Header Content

7. Type the Footer Content

8. When you're done, click "Save"

The new template is added successfully
b) Create from existing SoW
Choose a template to copy from the list and click "Create Template"
The new template is added to the list:
On the right side of the layout list you have the option to edit, clone or delete an existing template.
Click "Edit"

Change any information you want. In this example I changed the name of the Template:
When you finished the modifications, click "Update"

The templated was updated:
You can use the copy to create a new layout based on another one:

A new template "Multimodal 2030_fromSow_copy" is created:

You can edit this new template and described above.
3) Delete
Click delete to remove a layout:

A confirmation popup will show:
The layout was removed:
III) TEMPLATES LIBRARY:
Here you can manage your SoW's content templates.
To add a new template, click " Add Template". You have the option to choose between creating a new template from scratch or create based on a existing MSA:
a) Create new template
When creating a new template form scratch you need to enter the Template name, choose the template language,
Preliminary Info (Intro, Client info, Terminology),
Project Management (Language, Status Reports, Acceptance Criteria),
T&Cs (Management of Changes, Termination, Contract Administration),
General Provisions (Rep & Warranties, Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnity, Assignment, On-boarding, Entire Agreement, Independent Contractor, Notices, Enforcement, Additional Provisions, Data Protection, Force Majeure, Announcements)
You can add more fields if you want, by click on the "Add Field" button or you can click on the "+" sign between the fields:
This will add a new field between the two. You can name it as you want and fill it with the pertinent information.
You can remove any field by click the 3 blue dots on the right side of the field:
You can also rearrange the order of the fields by clicking on the six gray dots on the left side of the field and dragging it to a new position up or down:
After you finished click " Save"
b) Create from existing SoW
Choose a template to copy from the list and click "Create Template"
The new template is added to the list:
On the right side of the layout list you have the option to edit, clone or delete an existing template.
Click "Edit"

Change any information you want. In this example I changed the name of the Template:

When you finished the modifications, click "Update"

The template was updated:
You can use the copy to create a new template based on another one:

A new template "New SoW Template - Edited_copy" is created:

3) Delete
