How to add an Approval Workflow Scenario?
To access the Approval Workflows, go to "Demand Management"
Click "Approval Workflows"
Here you can manage the approval workflows scenarios:
Click "Add Scenario"
In this example, if the demand is less than US$ 5000 in North America, it will be automatically approved.
Enter the scenario name and description. Click "Continue".
Set the conditions and click "Continue" to the last screen, the Approvers:
The Auto Approve is selected by default. Click "Add" to finish:
A message will be displayed and the scenario will be added to the list:
To change the scenarios priority, click on the desired scenario and, while clicking, move the scenario up or down on the list:
