Adding Providers from the Consource Global Network

Adding Providers from the Consource Global Network

To add a provider that is unavailable on your list of providers, you need to go to the Consource Global Network. Go to "Panel Management":




Click "Consource Global Network": 



Here you can find all the providers from our network:



You can browse the companies until you find what you are looking for or you can use the search bar on the top of the page to find it:



Enter the name of company (or part of it) and hit "Enter", this will bring the companies with that name:



Click on the company you want:





and one of three things can happen:

  1. The company is already on consource 
  2. The company is not onboarded on consource.
  3. The company is already on your panel

 
            1) The company is already on consource.

If the company is already on our platform, you will a button "Add to Panel". Click the button:



Select the provider tier, the provider list, the procurement leader and the relationship manager:



Click "Add":



The provider is added to your panel:



Before activating and using this provider, you must onboard at least one Legal Entity. 
The onboarding process is explained in this article: "How to Onboard a Legal Entity?"

        2) The company was not onboarded on consource.

If the company was not onboarded yet, you will see a different button saying "Suggest Company"



       2) The company is already on your panel


If you try to add a company that is already on your panel you will have a different button "View Profile":
